Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte Says He Would Eat ISIS Member's Livers With Salt And Pepper

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has warned that he could be “50 times” more brutal than Isis militants who stage beheadings and said he could even “eat” the extremists if they’re captured alive by troops.

“If you want me to be an animal, I’m also used to that. We’re just the same,” Duterte said. “I can dish out, go down what you can 50 times over.”

The foul-mouthed president said that if a terrorist was presented to him when he’s in a foul mood, “give me salt and vinegar and I’ll eat his liver.”

The crowd broke into laughter, but Duterte cut in, “It’s true, if you make me angry.”

It is with a heavy heart that I announce to you that longtime Stoolie Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte is back at it again. I dunno about you but it kinda seems like he just wants to eat people at this point. ISIS is bad. Everyone knows that. But it seems like Rodrigo is just looking for a reason to eat people. He got a little too specific with his threat.

“Hey ISIS. I’ll actually just kill you to gently remove your liver. After which I will let your liver sit at a room temperature, seasoned with salt and pepper in order to allow the tenderness to improve. Following that, I will set a cast iron pan over medium-high heat and melt a little butter and heat a high smoke-point oil like avocado oil to get a nice sear on the outside of the liver. I’ll do that because I’m ruthless and you made me angry, not because I’m hungry for human liver!”

I’m also not sure how you can be 50 times more ruthless than ISIS. They seem pretty ruthless. Can you get 50 times worse than locking people in cages and setting them on fire? Maybe 5-7 times more ruthless but there’s just not that much room left on the scale to get 50 times more ruthless.
